🚀 Remote Research Internship 2026 at SurvOm | Applications Open

Are you a Master’s student interested in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Multi-Omics research?

SurvOm is inviting applications for a 4-month fully remote research internship focused on computational approaches to NAFLD/MASLD and metabolic disease research.

🔬 Research Projects

Selected interns will have the opportunity to work on one of three research areas:

🧬 Single-Cell Metabolomics
Study metabolic heterogeneity and explore biological variation at single-cell resolution.

🧫 Spatial Transcriptomics
Analyze spatial gene-expression patterns to understand tissue organization and cellular interactions in liver biology.

🤖 Machine Learning for Multi-Omics
Develop computational and machine-learning approaches for integrating and analyzing complex multi-omics datasets.

🎓 Who Can Apply?

This opportunity is suitable for Master’s students or recent learners from backgrounds such as:

• Bioinformatics
• Computational Biology
• Biotechnology
• Data Science
• Machine Learning
• Related biological or computational disciplines

💻 Preferred Skills

✔ Basic knowledge of Python or R
✔ Understanding of statistics and data analysis
✔ Interest in computational biology and omics research
