These terms apply when you buy a course or use the Bio Help Learning student portal (Student Login, My Courses and lesson pages).
Your Account
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address (and, where offered, to your WhatsApp number). Keep access to your email and phone secure.
- Your account is personal to you. Sharing your account, sign-in codes or course access with anyone else is not allowed.
- You may stay signed in on one phone, one tablet and one computer at the same time. Signing in on a second device of the same type will automatically sign out the first one.
- We may suspend or close an account that is shared, resold or misused, without refund.
Course Access and Validity
- Recorded courses are available for 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase, unless a different period is stated on the course page.
- After the access period ends, the course is no longer available in My Courses. You can buy access again from the course page.
- Live training is delivered on the dates and times announced for each batch. Recordings of live classes, where provided, follow the access period stated for that course.
- You will see only the courses you have purchased. Access to a course does not include access to any other course.
Use of Course Content
- Course videos, notes, datasets and other materials are for your personal learning only.
- Videos are available for online streaming only. Downloading, screen recording, copying, sharing, uploading or reselling any course content is strictly prohibited.
- To protect our content, lesson videos may display your email address as a watermark. Any leaked copy can be traced to the account it came from, and we may take legal action under the laws of India.
Payments and Pricing
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Learners in India pay in Indian Rupees (INR). International learners may pay in US Dollars (USD); your bank or card provider may apply its own currency conversion charges.
- Prices may change at any time, but the price you paid applies to your purchase.
- Refunds are handled as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Certificates
Certificates are issued to learners who meet the completion requirements of a course. Each certificate has a unique ID that can be checked on our certificate verification page. We may revoke a certificate obtained through misuse of the portal.
