About This Course
Knowing a workflow is different from running a project from question to conclusion. In this mentored capstone you design and complete your own small research analysis using public data.
You define a research question, choose a dataset, plan and run the analysis, prepare figures with clear legends, write methods, results and limitations, organize your code in a repository and present your work for feedback.
Who this course is for
- Learners who have completed one of our analysis courses
- MSc and PhD students preparing a thesis chapter or poster
- Anyone building a portfolio project for applications
Prerequisites
At least one complete analysis workflow (for example RNA-seq, metagenomics, WGS or WES).
